Dog Exercise Field Terms and Conditions
Use these terms and conditions when booking or using the Pawfully Good Walks dog exercise field.
They explain how bookings work, the rules for using the field, cancellations, and other important information.
1. About these terms
These terms and conditions apply to bookings for the Pawfully Good Walks dog exercise field and any related access arrangements for that booking.
By making a booking, attending the field, or using the field, you confirm that you accept these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the field.
2. About us
The trader is Luce Bay Land & Digital Ltd, trading as Pawfully Good Walks.
3. Eligibility to book and use the field
- The person making the booking must be aged 18 or over.
- The person attending with the dogs must be aged 18 or over and must be responsible for the dogs during the booking.
- A maximum of 6 dogs are permitted in the field during any one booking slot unless Pawfully Good Walks has agreed otherwise in writing.
- All dogs using the field must be at least 4 months old.
- All dogs using the field must be vaccinated in accordance with your vet’s advice.
- You must not bring any dog to the field if it has, or is suspected of having, a contagious illness or condition that could put people or other dogs at risk.
4. Booking and payment
- A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and Pawfully Good Walks has issued booking confirmation.
- Bookings are made for a specific date and time slot.
- Booking slots start on the hour or half-hour and are sold as either 25-minute or 55-minute sessions.
- Each booking includes a final 5-minute exit window within the operating block so the next session can start on time.
- Prices and slot availability are shown at the time of booking.
5. Arrival, access and departure
- Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your booked time.
- Your booked session length is 25 minutes or 55 minutes, with the final 5 minutes reserved for leaving the field promptly.
- Please park only in the designated waiting space. Do not park on the farm road.
- Farm traffic has priority at all times when accessing or leaving the site.
- After entering the field, you must close and secure the gate before allowing any dog to leave your vehicle.
- You are responsible for checking that the gate and any locking mechanism are properly secured before and during use of the field.
- When leaving, you must close, secure, and lock the gate properly and reset the padlock as instructed on site.
6. Rules while using the field
- Supervise your dogs at all times.
- Keep your dogs under control at all times.
- Pick up and take dog waste away with you, as no on-site waste disposal service is provided.
- Retrieve and take away any food, treats, toys, balls, or other items thrown or placed in the field.
- Avoid behaviour likely to cause nuisance, danger, or unreasonable disturbance to neighbouring land, the neighbouring house and property, livestock, road users, or other customers.
- Fill in any hole dug by your dog during your session.
While using the field, you must not leave any dog unattended, smoke in the field, bring glass containers into the field, leave food or treats in the field, groom your dog in the field, or use whistles or electronic recall devices in a way that causes disturbance beyond the field.
7. Fencing, equipment and site limitations
The field is enclosed, but no fence or gate system is escape-proof. You remain responsible for assessing whether the field is suitable for your dog.
8. Health, safety and behaviour
Pawfully Good Walks may refuse entry or require you to leave if this is reasonably necessary for safety, welfare, security, site management, or breach of these terms.
9. Cancellation by you
- You may cancel a booking up to 2 days before the start of the booked slot and receive a full refund.
- If you cancel less than 2 days before the start of the booked slot, no refund will normally be due.
- You may reschedule a booking up to 1 day before the start of the booked slot, subject to availability.
- Rescheduling moves the booking to another available slot and does not create a refund.
- Less than 1 day before the start of the booked slot, bookings cannot normally be rescheduled.
- Cancellations and rescheduling should be requested through the website at www.pawfullygoodwalks.com as the first port of call, subject to availability and these terms.
10. Cancellation or changes by Pawfully Good Walks
Pawfully Good Walks may cancel, suspend, or reschedule a booking where reasonably necessary, including because of unsafe weather or ground conditions, site access issues, maintenance, operational problems outside reasonable control, safety concerns, or obvious booking error.
11. Late arrival and no-shows
Your booking is for the time slot purchased. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened. Late arrival does not automatically entitle you to extra time, rebooking, or refund.
12. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to that, you are responsible for your own dogs, vehicle, possessions, and conduct while using the field, and Pawfully Good Walks is not liable for losses caused by your failure to follow these terms or reasonable on-site instructions.
13. Damage and loss caused by customers
You are responsible for any loss or damage caused by you, anyone in your party, or any dog under your control where that loss or damage results from a breach of these terms, negligence, or deliberate act.
14. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a booking or use of the field, please contact us at zoomies@pawfullygoodwalks.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
15. Privacy and data
Customer personal data will be handled in line with the Pawfully Good Walks Privacy Notice.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. These terms are governed by Scots law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable consumer law, including your right to bring a claim in the Scottish courts.
